Having joined the project late in it’s inception, I have since contributed in several areas to this so aptly named “Azorean YouTube”.
I was involved in the video-encoding service, search engine optimization, cloud storage integration and some damage to the php codebase :)
One and a half years after it has launched, it now ranks near 1 million pageviews per month. Second only to Sapo Vídeos, we are one of the few online video sharing sites in Portugal.
We are working hard to bring you some new features before the end of this year.
